Booking Conditions
LIABILITY
Whilst the utmost care is taken Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd do
not accept liability for personal sickness or injury, loss or damage to
baggage, emergency evacuation or additional expenses caused by factors
beyond our control. Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd recommends that
travellers take out travel insurance to provide cover against personal
accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal
liability. We also recommend insurance covers cancellation fees,
curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
PRICES
All prices stated on this website are inclusive of 10% GST and are valid
from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty
Ltd reserves the right to alter these prices in the event of any
unforeseen circumstances. Child prices apply to children between 4 and
12 years old.
DIESEL LEVY
Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a
Diesel Fuel Levy in the event of increasing diesel fuel prices.
VALIDITY
All prices and itineraries are valid from 1 January 2009 to 31 December
2009.
ITINERARIES
Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter
tour itineraries as deemed necessary. Tour itineraries may be altered
due to road or weather conditions, cultural considerations and
accommodation availability etc. Please note that Kimberley Wild
Expeditions Pty Ltd cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times as
they may be influenced by circumstances beyond our control. In the event
of breakdown or other circumstance the operator reserves the right to
substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation of the
tour.
GROUP SIZE
A minimum number of 6 passengers is required to operate each tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the traveller:
If you wish to cancel your tour you must immediately inform Kimberley
Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd. Once we have received your notice,
cancellation will take effect. Please note the following charges will
apply on cancellation:
• If Cancellation takes place within 30 days of departure your deposit
will be forfeited.
• If Cancellation takes place within 21 days of departure 50% of your
tour price will be forfeited.
• If Cancellation takes place within 14 days of departure 100% of your
tour price will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd:
Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or
postpone any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Circumstances may be
due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defect, cultural
considerations or other reason. In the event of tour cancellation by
Kimberley Wild, an alternative tour or full refund for that tour will be
offered.
